Refunds & Replacements

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

To file a claim, contact our customer support team with a photo of the issue and a brief explanation. Once approved:

• Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days.
• Refunds will be processed within a few business days to your original payment method.

Exemptions (No Refunds or Replacements)

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.
• Unclaimed Shipments: Orders returned to us as unclaimed will require you to cover reshipment costs.
• Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds for buyer’s remorse are not offered. If you choose to accept returns or exchanges, this will be at your discretion and expense.
• Customs Rejection: If a package is rejected by customs, refunds will not be issued. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay any customs fees or research import regulations.
• Prepared but Not Shipped Orders: Orders that are "Accepted" but already prepared by our team cannot be canceled or refunded.
